Description

We have a home rental where we have setup the side yard to accommodate an RV.

The setting

It is conducive for staying a few days, but not for hanging out in the yard since there is a rental property on the same site,

The spots

There is shade, but space is limited to the side year only. Hanging out in the yard outside your camper is not allowed past 9pm.

The sanitary facilities

There are no guest bathrooms or guest showers available. The place was designed to allow an RV to stay the night or weekend especially during football games or other school events. The home is 7 blocks from the Florida Gators Football stadium and the University of Florida campus.

The amenities

No amenities are provided other than electric hookup (50amp or 30amp), water, and sewage.

The activities

Most guess staying here are centered around college events or visiting their kids. Please remember that this area is mostly rented by students so occasionally music and events will not be the quietest of places to stay.

Other things

Rental site is available as early as 2PM. Guests must leave by 11AM on last day and pack out all trash and site must be left as it was found. Tents are not allowed.

Rules

This is a rental home that is actively used. The RV spot is close to the home so we ask that noise levels be kept down. Guests are not allowed to roam around the home, knock on the door to talk to the renters, etc.
