Description

Huge garden with fire pit, children's playground (at your own risk), mud pit, small fishing lake, and plenty of space to play, romp, fly kites, pet cats and dangle in the hammock. Perfect for families with children, as we have small children ourselves - and lots of toys.

The setting

We live in the flat countryside, perfect for cycling, hiking and horse riding. The village is quite small, full of nice people, two small stores and snack bars are also there. From the property you have a beautiful view of the sunset behind the small lake.
There are trains and cars a little distance away, so it's not always completely quiet. In the morning you can say hello to hare and deer in the field next door, nightingale, cranes, storks, swallows and all sorts of other birds feel at home here.

The spots

Level grassy ground, easy to reach. Unfortunately not shaded over midday.

The sanitary facilities

By arrangement and for an additional charge, the guest bathroom and kitchen (shared with us) can be used in the house. Cold well water is also available outside the house.

The amenities

Extension cord for electricity is not a problem, there are also sockets in the barn at the farm.
The common kitchen is fully equipped.
Washing machine and dryer / clothesline available at extra cost.

The activities

Hiking, horseback riding, fishing and cycling are popular here, bird watching too. In the surrounding area there are swimming pools and forest pools.
Fireplace, board games, indoor and outdoor toys, many books, water wings and other water toys for the (small) pool and paddling pool are also available.

Other things

We often need help in the house and yard or with childcare. Vacation against hand is therefore also possible. Especially we are looking for people who know about house renovations / remodeling and / or have children. With guests we have already shared the childcare, so that the adult guests also have time for themselves.

Rules

Smoking only at a great distance from the children, butts always in an ashtray. Garbage, of course, always in the garbage cans in the yard.
Mutual consideration and respect for people and animals are self-evident.

Homemade buns, eggs, savory and sweet spread, coffee and tea.
