The setting
Very little noise. We are a private horse ranch. There is wildlife. Coyotes, hawks, owls, occasional bobcat. The spot is a 40x40 square cement pad next to an outbuilding - easy in and out. Overlooks a cow/horse pasture. Country setting.
The spots
There are patio tables and chairs. Ground is flat cement for the RV, Trailer or van. 40 ft long max. Water, trash and electric included. Grey water hook up. Black tank requires pumping.

Restroom facilities should be in the RV or trailer itself.

Electric and water can be hooked up to the RV or Trailer. Grey tank to a connector.
The activities
Multiple trails nearby. Hiking Mt Woodson to potato chip rock. Dos Picos park. Old Julian is a comfortable drive as an old gold mining town. Great San Diego beaches about half hour drive. You can rent boats and bikes in Mission Bay. Fiesta island, Ocean Beach and Del Mar have a great dog beach. Fantastic shopping under 15 mins away. Del Mar Fairgrounds just over half hour. Para gliding and hiking with ocean views off Torrey pines. Sea Port Village is fun and downtown San Diego, harbor, airport, is just over half hour drive depending on traffic.
Other things
Well behaved non breed restriction dogs are welcome. Property is not fenced yet.
