Description

Come and relax in the peaceful countryside.
we will welcome you in a green setting, close to fields and forest.
We are located in a country village with all amenities.
The nearest town is 10 minutes away by car.
A cold drink will be offered on arrival.

The setting

You'll be in a quiet, peaceful place.
All you can expect is birdsong.
You'll have the light of the sky and the stars.
Very little or no passage.
You'll have a view of fields and forest.

The spots

Description of the accommodation for up to 4 people:
parking, garden, green space, orchard
cosy caravan with kitchenette (gas stove and coffee maker, kettle etc.), small fridge, plenty of storage space.
if you wish, a 140 x 190 cm mattress.
Possibility of creating a sleeping area with double curtains.

We provide sheets, comforters, comforter covers, pillowcases, towels, gloves and tea towels.

The sanitary facilities

You'll find a toilet and a separate bathroom
You can take a shower without any worries,
with us.
We have installed a solar shower and a chemical toilet in a closed building so that it's available to you 24 hours a day.

The amenities

We do not accept animals in our caravan.
Water is already available in our caravan.
You can use our washing machine to do your laundry, but it will cost you €3 per machine.
The wifi code will be given to you on arrival.
You'll find board games, a soccer goal, a basketball hoop and books that can be lent or sold for a small fee.

In our caravan you'll find a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, crockery, etc. etc. everything except food.
We have an extension lead from our house to our caravan.

The activities

On site, you'll find a bakery, a pharmacy, a mussel and shrimp seller, a garage, a bar-tobacco store, a small grocery store, a fast-food restaurant (panini/pizza/tacos), a post office, a hairdresser, a speech therapist, nurses, a physiotherapist, a children's playground and a pétanque court.
A variety of hiking trails.
You'll find a small shop 3 km from the main town, which is 10 km away.
We're ideally located in the heart of the Bay of the Somme, just ten minutes from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and Le Crotoy. You can reach the dunes of the Côte d'Opale and the Baie d'Authie from the north (Quend, Fort Mahon, Le Touquet), the cliffs of the south (Ault, Le Bois de Cise, Mer les Bains) via Cayeux-sur-Mer and Le Hourdel.
It's a great way to get away from it all and recharge your batteries in a rich, unspoilt environment.
Inland, you'll discover places like the Crécy forest, the abbeys of Valloires and Saint-Riquier.

You'll find: hot drinks (coffee/tea/chocolate/cereal on request), fruit juice, pastries (pain au chocolat/ croissant/ homemade cake/beaten cake, a local specialty), bread, butter, jam, local fruit (pear, apple, walnut, cherry, mirabelle plum, plum).

Rules

Access is free but when the chain is put on, please put it back on except in the morning.
For smokers, please smoke outside and put cigarette butts in an ashtray provided for this purpose.
Please respect the neighbors on and around the site.

Good

  • The garden is a kind of orchard, laid out to accommodate campers. It is equipped with a dry toilet and solar shower. Breakfast included a local specialty and homemade cake, which was very nice! The children particularly enjoyed the swing. Unfortunately, the caravan is a bit old-fashioned and no longer watertight. So I'd recommend camping if that's possible for you... Some children have also been scolded for climbing trees (walnut trees), so I think it's a better place for adults without children.
