Drive-though, 5th-wheel full hookup in the friendly agricultural town of New Ulm, Texas, a German settlement, whose town motto since 1849 "Leben in New Ulm ist Wunderbar" means "Life is wonderful in New Ulm". This area is the birthplace of Texas with rich history and heart of the bluebonnet country in season. 50 amp hookup on a 20 by 50 space with view of manicured pasture, trees, sunset. Dedicated city water, dedicated city sewage, garbage pickup, laundry available. 2-5 min walk to this tiny town with: convenience/hardware (incl. beer/ice/grocery/cigs), feed store, two restaurants, the post office, self storage, karaoke Saturdays and live music every other Friday. Horse farms and horse boarding near by. Eight minute drive to rural grocery/gas/meat market and Dollar Store. 30 minute drive to several rural cities with golf and box store amenities.
