Description

Hello, I am an organic market gardener.
I have a plot of land that I don't use entirely.
I propose to rent a part to travelers.

NO SUNDAY ARRIVALS and if you have a dog, please specify it before your arrival.

The setting

It's a market-gardening field of 2 hectares 20 that I use partly for my business and 7000 m2 bordering a stream.
Surrounded by forest and bordered by the "voie verte" that links up with the Compostelle pilgrimage route 5 kilometers away and the Moliets beach 30 kilometers away.
The area is quiet, with the market garden exposed to the sun and the stream shaded, but more difficult to access for larger vehicles.
If you're careful, you'll be able to spot roe deer and hares coming to eat my strawberries!

NO ARRIVALS ON SUNDAY

The spots

The terrain is flat but there is little shade.
The edge of the stream is shadier but slightly sloping.
Possibility of having access to electricity on the field depending on the location chosen. Be careful to specify as I have to pull an extension cord.
The 4 g is everywhere in the field and the terrain is flat.
The creek part is too wet to park a vehicle this year 2023, but don't panic, I have a tractor to pull you out if needed.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
My place is above all my workplace where I have chickens and crops.

The sanitary facilities

There are 2 dry toilets on the farm, a shared kitchen with hot water, and a sink in a toilet.
There is no hot shower on the farm, but I have to specify that because the shower is at my house, 1 km from the field.
Access to water is almost everywhere on the property, and comes from my agricultural borehole at 22 m, so you can fill up your reserves without any problem.

The amenities

There is 4g.
A shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, sink and hot water.
Mixer, coffee maker, all crockery...
You can leave your cell phone to charge and, if you have an extension cord, connect to the electricity supply.

The activities

We're 30 kilometers from the beach at Moliets, 25 kilometers from the Arjuzanx nature reserve and 15 kms from Dax.
The mountains and Spain are 1 h away.
On the farm, there's a ping pong table, a stream, a picnic table and a barbecue.
You can also share my passion for manual weeding ;)

Other things

No arrivals on SUNDAY.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Rules

Arrivals during the week and in the afternoon (between 3 pm and 7 pm).
No arrivals on Sundays.
Children are welcome if supervised.
This is a working farm (tractor, shredder, rototiller, chainsaw...). Do not leave children unsupervised...)
Pets are welcome if sociable (I myself have a dog, a cat, two rabbits and 200 chickens).

There is a communal kitchen, so please respect the rules of communal living in terms of hygiene.

No arrivals on Sundays.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€10 / person)

No breakfast available in season.

There is a grocery store in the village (closed Monday and Thursday afternoons) and I sell jam and fruit.

You can drink coffee or hot tea in the kitchen for free (you leave what you want in the breakfast kitty).
There's also kefir and homemade bread available.

Tent ready

  • Aline welcomed us at the last minute in the pouring rain with a smile, and helped us find a restaurant on an off-season Monday evening. Many thanks to her!

  • Cool!

  • It is a nice area and you have enough space at your disposal. However, it could be a bit nicer and you would have to clean up pallets lying around and trim the tall grass a bit. A few little things that would have a great effect on the overall picture.
Aline is a very friendly host and the produce from the farm is great. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a lot of fun with the chickens and the dog.

  • Calm and relaxation guaranteed! ☺️

  • Thank you for welcoming us to this beautiful space in the heart of a red fruit farm.
Thank you to Ida (the dog who protects this place), for her always warm welcome and her kindness with our 1? year old son.
    We recommend this place!

  • Very warm welcome, pleasant surroundings.
We stayed 3 days with our family. Lovely time.

  • A very nice , quiet and peaceful place. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again :)

  • Beautiful experience at Aline's
Beautiful place that deserves homecampers to help Aline in her beautiful vegetable farm.
Your jam was very good even without the label

  • Thank you Aline for your welcome and your confidence.
    A wonderful meeting.

  • A warm welcome from aline, with a presentation of her work and the opportunity to participate. Thank you very much!

  • We spent almost 15 days at Aline's place.
We wanted peace and quiet, and we got it.
    Aline listens to her campers.
A thought for Ida who is also an excellent host.
Thank you for an excellent stay.

  • A first home-camping experience at its best, a total change of scenery, a very warm welcome from the host.

  • Hello, we spent 3 days on the site of Aline and we were very well received and quietly located. Nothing to say, I recommend

  • A very pleasant stay at Aline's, by the stream, near the raspberry bushes! And very enriching discussions.
Aline is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home.

  • Good welcome from Aline, we will come back when there are raspberries.
    ????????????

  • Super nice. Aline is truly a host who loves to welcome, cares if everything is going well. I recommend for anyone looking to connect with nature.

  • Aline adorable, solar, listening. we spent 2 nights in the calm. it was perfect we will return without any doubt.

  • Great stay at Aline's place in a perfect calm!

  • Go for it go for it at Aline's it's the top, a beginning of paradise for me ;))

Thank you for everything and congratulations again for your project which already looks great.

  • Nice place in the quiet and in the shade, Aline will welcome you with a smile.

  • I was able to spend 2 nights on Aline's farm. The stay near the creek was fabulous.
The access to the vehicle is a bit risky but in a tent it is just perfect. However if you have a van other places are possible and will allow you to wake up in a beautiful and almost wild setting. Aline is a very attentive host and I highly recommend her.

  • Fantastic welcome in this haven of peace in the Landes. Aline was very responsive and available. There are pitches near the stream or in front of the raspberry plantations. We had access to electricity. Her story is fascinating if you have the chance to listen to it. We were able to participate in the collection of the 200 eggs and count them. Unique experiences as we like them. We can't wait to come back. Book it with your eyes closed!

  • First home camper and really lucky to have stumbled upon "Aline's little paradise (an extraordinary woman)"!
The land is simple but idyllic with a small stream and trees, where everything is preserved!
Not far from the vegetable garden, the chickens, the dog, the cat and all of Aline's little world (seasonal...), it is very calm and restful.
The place is preserved and cultivated so it is perfect for people who respect the environment.
The welcome was very warm and I met great people!
I would definitely come back there...
    Thank you for everything <3
