Description

Hello, we are a couple in our fifties with a 12 year old child. On our property, we have a billy goat, geese, chickens and Texas our adorable springer dog. Around the house, a donkey and horses keep the little ones happy. Geographically, you can travel to La Rochelle, Saumur, Angers, the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, etc. Fishermen can fish in the Thouet and Loire rivers. An aquatic center and bike park are just 3 km away.

The setting

The location is very quiet, close to shops (bakery, grocery store, bar-tobacco shop, restaurant, etc.) and the health center. You won't need your car for essential purchases. Noise will come from birds, geese, ..., the village steeple and possibly a tractor on the road bordering our property.

A cabin for two awaits you through the trees. You'll be accompanied by the sounds of birds, frogs, ....

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets are close to the cabin, as is a washbasin for washing up, and a separate shower is available in our basement.
