Description

In the middle of the countryside and yet only 3 minutes from the village and all the shops (local producers and supermarkets), also 3 minutes from the motorhome dumping area.
Camper/van/caravan and tent sites surrounded by nature and animals

The setting

The land is shaded for both spaces (vehicles + tents) and next to a stream but not fenced.
We are surrounded by 18ha of fields, inhabited by cows, calves and mares.
You will also live with our cats, chickens, and soon goats.
Our orchard is accessible to travelers, who are invited to help themselves if they wish.

The spots

We offer pitches for 5 to 6 motorhomes / caravans / vans (depending on the size) as well as an area with trees for tents (about 10).
The land is flat and easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

Travelers can use our sanitary facilities.

The amenities

Electricity is being supplied. A temporary solution is installed.
Internet in wifi is available, a 4G antenna is nearby.
The kitchen is accessible in a part of the house but totally independent 24 hours a day. It is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer, gas plates, sink, utensils (pans, pots ...).
A barbecue and outdoor tables are at the exclusive disposal of travelers.

The activities

A pond is accessible at 5min walking distance (fishing cards for sale at the tobacconist's) with some facilities for children and sportsmen.
Walks (pedestrian, cyclist) are signposted from the village. We can also recommend places for motorcycle/van rides (cellars, banks of the Loire, ...)
15-20 min from Saumur and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil (cellars, horses, walks, castle...)
1h from Angers, Tours and Le Mans (shopping, castles, old town, museums, Terra Botanica...)

Other things

Provide an extension cord for the electrical connection.

Rules

The garbage cans are to be removed by everyone.
The field is authorized smoking but thank you for respecting nature by collecting your cigarette butts.
