Description

A camper van or caravan can be parked in the enclosed parking area of my villa. The ground is paved - access to water, electricity, possibility of emptying cassettes.
Located halfway between Marseillan town - all amenities - and Marseillan beach - all leisure activities - (cycle path nearby).

The following services are available to you depending on the season: Access to the private swimming pool with beach, outdoor shower, barbecue (fires forbidden apart from the barbecue).
Environmentally-friendly pets accepted.

Pricing: the price shown in this ad corresponds to the period from January 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024. From May 1, 2024 to September 15, the price is €30/night for 4 people (adults or children). The period from May to mid-September corresponds to the period of use of the outdoors and the swimming pool.

The setting

Located halfway between Marseillan ville -2.4km- and Marseillan plage- 3 km- , access to both via cycle path.
Bordered by oleanders offering shade.

The spots

Paved lot, entrance 3.48 m wide.
,Street width 7.1 m, maneuvering required for long vehicles. Caution: maximum length 8 m. - In October 2023, the gate was changed and the clearance increased to 3.31m.

The sanitary facilities

Access to water, external electrical connection, possibility to empty waste water. In my experience, many motorhomes have lunch on site and wash their clothes and dishes on site.

Rules

Apart from the barbecue, fires are forbidden, and cigarette butts must be put out (in the barbecue).

Use of the pool by children is the sole responsibility of parents. The pool is not fenced, but equipped with an alarm.

Available in all seasons (the weather here is fine in the shoulder seasons).

Part of the enclosed grounds is dog-friendly.
