Description

We offer you a piece of land next to our home for camping. Located on the Nebbiu plain, near Lake Padula. In winter we only accept motorhomes with sanitary facilities, and in spring and summer we also accept tents and minivans.
Bare ground. Access via a 1.5 km track with a fairly well-maintained carriageway, ideal for vans, but a little narrow for huge motorhomes.

to locate on maps you can search "coutellerie Guillaumin" it 's on our premises. No sanitary facilities, open-air dry toilets only from April to mid-September, after which they are dismantled for the winter. Non-drinking water (well) but clean (we use it for everything except drinking). We have 3 neutered male dogs and 4 cats (so you have to like animals, otherwise it's complicated...).

The setting

Country access via 1.5 km dirt track. Located in the commune of Vallecalle, but not in the village, but on the plain near Lake Padula. It's 20 minutes from Saint Florent.

The spots

Flat, near our house. Shade from the olive trees. Small stream.

The sanitary facilities

Open-air dry toilets from April to mid-September, after which they are dismantled for the winter.

None. Electricity by extension possible if good weather conditions tariff in private.


Crockery and cutlery available on loan.

The activities

You'll be 20 minutes from Saint Florent and its beaches, and 35 minutes from Bastia.
On-site visit to the cutlery workshop. You can buy seasonal vegetables from the garden, and fresh eggs if the hens have laid.

Other things

Only one family at a time. This is not a campground.

    The location is pleasant, shady, secluded yet close to the sea and pretty villages. Frédérique showed us where to swim in the river. The visit to the knife workshop is fascinating.
    As far as facilities are concerned, everything is there: shower, clean toilets, access to water and a washing machine.
    We were even treated to fruit from the garden.
    I recommend and thank this charming family again!

A very welcoming family (parents and daughter) and good advice for the rest of our trip. We were able to exchange on certain uses in Corsica.
