Description

My little cottage at the bottom of the garden.
It's an old caravan from 1969, renovated by myself and used as a bedroom.
A 135x190 bed with a new mattress and a 120x190 bed for a teenager or two small children.... So the 4-person capacity means that two children can sleep in a 120 cm bed. Otherwise it's just three people.
An adjoining covered terrace with table and chairs.
A kitchenette with gas hob, microwave oven and the bare essentials for crockery, a fridge and stainless steel sink....
A separate mini bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin...
Outside garden table with barbecue. Under a cherry tree...
Charcoal not provided... Quiet location. With a parking space....
A baby chair booster and a changing mat...
And some games and books for children... No TV.
Internet connection available near the house...
Which is in front of the cottage, not overlooked...
Washing machine available on request for a small fee... The same goes for vegetables from the garden, depending on the season... The place must be left clean. Shower gas microwave. And empty garbage cans... Thank you. It is important to drive very slowly in the path....

Quiet countryside close to all amenities

No blackout blinds on the windows, but double curtains...
A mini wardrobe for laundry. And another on the covered terrace with hanging space.

The sanitary facilities

Summary bathroom. Wooden floor... With window. Shower WC mirror electricity washbasin

The amenities

Hot water... Wooden bathroom walls up to two meters high...
But above that, the wind can pass between the roof and the walls...
No such problems in summer. It's warm.
On the terrace, you can close it with a camping awning in the evening or if it's windy...
During the day, you can open everything.

The activities

Numerous nature activities around the lake, five minutes from the municipal swimming pool. Climbing, paragliding. River swimming, mountain biking, canoeing. Visits to the town of sisteron and its citadel. Pretty Provencal walks... Local and organic producers

Other things

Further on. Lac de serre poncon, one hour away... Massif des écrins. Gorges du verdon

Rules

Drive slowly on the shared road.
No noise in the evening out of respect for my only neighbor.
Please bring your own sheets and towels, or I can provide them for a supplement of 12€ per pack.
The accommodation must be left clean and the rubbish emptied on departure.

Coffee tea chocolate. Bread from the baker. Homemade jam butter. Local honey. Dried fruit. Fruit juice... Cake if I can
