Description

Enclosed plot of land in the countryside, in a quiet location by the river.

The setting

Our plot is located in a quiet, wooded and relaxing area.
It is not lit at night and there is no road traffic nearby.
A henhouse with 11 hens and a rooster are on the property. Expect to be awakened at dawn. :)

The spots

The location is sunny in the morning and shady in the afternoon.
The terrain is easy to access and relatively flat.
You'll be on lawn.

The sanitary facilities

We provide sanitary facilities with hot water (walk-in shower and washbasin) as well as WC inside the house, on the grounds.

The amenities

Electricity with the possibility of providing an extension cord if required.
Kitchen equipment if required: oven, sink, gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker.
Crockery, plates, cutlery, glasses and basics: salt, pepper, sugar.

The activities

International games festival in Parthenay FLIP from July 10 to 21, 2024 5km away.
We are about 55 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and Futuroscope.
1h from puy du fou, for the main activities.
1h30 from La Rochelle

Other things

As the FLIP organizers are looking for land available for visitors, it's highly likely that we'll be accepting extra people on our land.

As the banks of the river are not secure, we advise you to be very careful with children and animals.
We decline all responsibility.
