Description

Just a stone's throw from the small sea of Gâvres and Lorient, come and enjoy the Morbihan coast in complete tranquillity.

The setting

My house is located in a residential neighborhood, on a quiet street with little traffic. The height of the walls will isolate you from neighbors and passers-by without being overbearing.

The spots

I'm sharing part of the back of my garden, so you can pitch your tent under the apple tree or next to it, depending on whether you want sun or not! The land is flat and covered with grass.

The sanitary facilities

Through the back door of the house you have access to the toilet (inside the house for the moment). There's also a water point for your dishes and a cat toilet! This is accessible at any time, as long as you respect a certain silence after a certain hour. For this summer, a shower room including shower, sink and toilet is under construction to guarantee your independence.

The amenities

A priori the wifi reaches the garden, but we get 4G/5G very well in the garden. The kitchen is shared, schedules to be seen when the time comes. I can supply the site with electricity easily, extension cord and multi-socket available. A garden table and chairs are available. There's also a jacuzzi (6 places in theory, but manufacturers are very generous when it comes to selling!) heated by the sun (so not in use until mid-June).

The activities

Lorient and the surrounding region offer a wealth of tourist, cultural and sporting activities. Including the famous Lorient Interceltic Festival (FIL) in late July/early August. Riantec is served by the Lorient bus network, so you can get there without a car.

Other things

A bakery and a biocoop are 150 m away. Standard supermarkets within a kilometer. Bikers welcome! Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked indoors, or even towed if required. Pets are welcome, but I have a very friendly, sociable dog who will love to play with you!

Rules

In general, respect for others is required. When you leave, please leave your pitch and all your belongings as clean and tidy as you found them. Garbage cans are available at the front of the house. Smoking allowed but not in the house (including vapotage). Young children (under 10) are not allowed in the jacuzzi (safety and hygiene).

Extras

Tent ready

Loan of tent (Decathlon 2s 4 places) possible subject to availability and advance booking. Assembly and dismantling at your charge. Supplement of 4€.

  • Thank you Patrick for this very friendly welcome, very comfortable place, very clean, nothing to say, beautiful region, we'll be back......

  • We spent three nights in Patrick's garden. Although the entrance is a little narrow, two vans fit easily. We appreciated Patrick's welcome and attention to detail, and the provision of a shower, sink, electricity and fridge. The house is being renovated, which explains the lower rating for maintenance. Many thanks

  • Our three days at Patrick's came to an end, very convenient for getting to the Lorient festival, bus not far away. A very warm welcome. We pitched our tent, then had access to a sink, toilet and electricity. A shared shower. And an adorable dog.....Françoise

  • Patrick is very nice,
His land is flat and shaded.
    The place is very quiet.
The sea is a quarter of an hour away by foot. Do not hesitate ????

  • Casual host, happy to answer questions. Very small pitch, narrow driveway. House is under renovation.
