Description

Welcome to our house, very close to the Drôme river (1.5km down the road, at the Ramières nature reserve) and great spots.
We moved in in May 2022 so the land is still to be improved but it can already accommodate vehicles and tents without worry! The place is very quiet and pleasant.

The setting

Land visible to passers-by on one side but they are rather rare on the small road.

The spots

Flat land of 2500m2, very easy access, surrounded by agricultural fields. North and east facing. The shade is still lacking a little but the trees are planted and growing!

The sanitary facilities

Toilets in the house on the ground floor and outside water supply for washing dishes/hands...
(Project of dry toilets outside but not yet ready)

The amenities

Possibility to connect to our wifi.
Possibility to use a part of our fridge and our kitchen occasionally.
Electricity available outside in our wooden shed. We have an extension cord and multi plugs to charge phones.

The activities

Horseback riding, swimming, hiking in the forest of Saou, in the surroundings or in the Vercors, visit of perched villages, climbing, markets of Crest and Saillans, festivals and guinguettes...

Rules

Discretion to be expected at night when you go to the bathroom in our first floor and in the evening, after 11pm, for us and our child.
