Come settle down in the shade of the RV Barn on a concrete pad (please use protection pads under stabilizers). Large square footage for additional parking for boat trailers or other vehicles. Community boat ramp / pavillions directly down the road from this lot.

Smoking allowed (cigarette butts / filters) to be removed by customer. if lot owner had to clean up debris a fee will be accessed to the customer
Animals allowed (clean up by pet owner), if lot owner had to clean up after animals a fee will be accessed to the customer
Garbage to be removed and placed in community dumpster
