Description

Welcome to our cozy nest.
We will be happy to welcome you on our land for as long as you need. Our house and our land are a place of sharing for us and we love that, meeting and sharing with different people.

The setting

In the middle of the countryside, with nothing around except a lot of forest.
A garden of more than 2000m2, with fruit trees, vines, raspberry bushes, etc., all natural and without treatment.
Games for the children (Trempoline, hut and slide), a swimming pool, 10x4 and goats as well as chickens at the bottom of the garden (songs of the animals as of the morning it is the countryside makes live with if you come at home!)

The spots

Flat land, with shade thanks to the trees. Easy access with a gate that needs 3m30 in opening.

Several places to park on our ground it is not the place which misses

The sanitary facilities

Toilets inside the house.
For the shower, you have a solar shower outside near the pool (without privacy though) otherwise you use the shower at home when you want.
Water taps are available in several places on the property.

The amenities

You can have wifi in the house but also to the pool outside.
Kitchen, you make yourself at home if you need.
Several power outlets outside.
Very convenient with extension cords or other.

The activities

Many forest paths in our village.
On the other hand, there are no shops nearby.
It is necessary to make at least 5 min by car or 15 min by bicycle if not to go to the nearby village yes 10 min to go to Saintes where there you will have all that you need!
You have the sea at 30 min.

Other things

At the moment the pool is more green than blue, but it's safe for swimming.
The temperature as well as the storms are not good for the pool lol

Rules

For the schedules we are very flexible.
Access in autonomy if you arrive late.
For the children, an adult supervision is compulsory on our ground because of the Trampoline and the swimming pool!
For the smokers no worries on the other hand no butts on our ground and I insist...
