Description

At the foot of the Cévennes, 1 hour from Nîmes, Montpellier and the sea, a quiet, sunny spot not far from the river, for a peaceful vacation.

The setting

Large, quiet garden outside the village (20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car). Set back from the road (not very busy) but surrounded by other houses, we are not isolated. The garden is surrounded by vegetation but not enclosed.

The spots

Flat ground, possibility of pitching tents in the garden or parking a small motorhome or minibus, at the side of the house (reasonable size), or, for smaller vehicles, at the rear, in the garden. Very sunny plot with a few shady spots.

The sanitary facilities

Access to sanitary facilities is possible, depending on the time of day.

The amenities

BBQ, table and chairs, plug and extension lead outside the house, on request (suppl 1€); possibility of lending crockery, WIFI.

The activities

Close to many exceptional natural sites (cirque de Navacelles, Pic St Loup, Mont Aigoual...), numerous hiking trails, river for swimming, canoe-kayak, fishing, caves, remarkable sites and villages, cinema, theater, media library, restaurants and large Friday morning market.

Means of transport essential (shops, bus stops, activities etc. approx. 2km away)

Please respect the peace and quiet of other residents and neighbors, and keep the area clean (selective sorting and composting are strongly encouraged), including pets.
As the region is very dry, fires are prohibited and cigarette butts must be disposed of in an ashtray. Thank you for your understanding.
