Description

We can accommodate up to 3 tents but we only want to accommodate one camper or van at a time.

The setting

Our house is in the middle of the Mayenne countryside, facing a corn field. Our land is about 2100m² and is planted with trees and colored in spring and summer.
Our neighbor on the right is a vegetable garden and our neighbor on the left is a communal road that does not lead to the house, in other words: we have no direct neighbor.
We are not very far from the highway, we can hear it depending on the wind direction.

The spots

Easy access land, choice of shade or sun.
The campers can have electricity independently from our house because we have an outbuilding.
Land really very slightly sloping on a part and slightly sloping on the rest.

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are accessible at our home. We plan to build dry toilets so that travelers can be more autonomous. There is a drinking water tap accessible outside (cold water only) H24.
If needed there are rainwater tanks also available outside.

The amenities

Wifi is difficult to get outside the house. We can put at your disposal our dependence which is supplied with electricity. If needed we can put a microwave, a kettle, dishes, an oven.

- Laval at 10 mn : canoe-kayak or boat trip on the Mayenne river, medieval castle, milk museum, shopping, bars, escape game, laser game...

- Accrobranche at 20 mn
- Paintball at 15 mn
- Gallo-Roman city of Jublains at 30 mn
- Medieval French village of Ste Suzanne at 40 mn
- Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo at 1h30
- Rennes accessible by TGV in 20 min

Rules

Camping cars and vans have a reserved place in the yard and cannot be parked on the lawn.
If you are a smoker, please do not throw your cigarettes on the ground and do not smoke near the house.
