Quiet land, with the railroad passing at the bottom of the garden, ter, TGV and freight trains, 1 TER every hour but not during the day and night, very light nuisance, very pleasant garden, 15mn drive from Futuroscope, 30 mn from Poitiers, 20 mn from Châtellerault, a little corner of paradise

Easy access at the bottom of the garden, far enough from the house, no maximum dimensions

Possibility of toilets at the inhabitant's house

The activities

Dissay is located between Châtellerault and Poitiers, Futuroscope and arena are at 15mn by car. The lake of St Cyr, offers a 4km walk with the possibility of swimming and picnicking, barbecues are available. For those who like fishing, it is a treat to stop there.
