Bivouac atmosphere on a land rich in biodiversity; tents only, no caravan or camping car please

The setting

Land of 4600m² extremely quiet

The spots

4 pitches max (possibility of placing pallets to isolate small tents from ground humidity), access on foot only, in the shade, flat terrain

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities with hot water and sink outside, or in my house if necessary. Attention, independent dry toilets (outside) only. Autonomous purification: if you are undergoing medical treatment, please postpone your visit until you are cured, we try to minimize the human impact on this wetland. Other unwanted products: sun cream, non-organic detergents, non-organic cosmetics etc.

Internet available (3 euros per day)
Electricity (mostly solar) available in several places but not where the tents are! (offered, except if you recharge an electric vehicle: in this case we will discuss on the spot the conditions according to your consumption)
Tent rental 1 place : 5 euros per day, 4 places 15 euros per day
Bike rental : 10 euros per day

The activities

Innumerable walks and activities in the vicinity, the train station (direct to Montparnasse) is 25 minutes away by foot and 10 minutes by bike

Numerous shops in the city center (shopping center at 15 minutes on foot, 6 minutes by bike)

Rules

Arrival after 3pm, departure before 1pm. Maximum duration : 1 week. Attention, ecological renovation works (without noise when campers are on the spot!) are in progress on a building, the children are accepted only under the strict and permanent supervision of their parents. People who understand the environmental issues of the place only, thank you in advance!
