Description

Treat yourself to a place in the paradise I have created and share with you.
Come and drop off your camper, your van, your tent, etc., for an unforgettable moment in a lush botanical garden, a harmless immersive jungle where its adorable inhabitants: Bengal cats, dwarf goats, giant dogs, alpacas, pigs, etc. are within your reach to be observed and petted if you wish. Come and get a change of scenery while being only 1km from the city!

The setting

Location surrounded by a magnificent lush vegetation in an exotic setting where animals of different species live, each one more friendly than the other, with the possibility of being close to them for unforgettable privileged moments...
Very large outdoor space to eat outside, to walk, to enjoy the exotic garden with its palm trees, its Zen statues, its small artificial beach of 300m2, its calmness resourcing...

The spots

Place in the shade of the palm trees with of course the sun turning so not in the shade all day but for the most part.
The land/garden is flat but small downhill at the entrance of the domain which has to date never any vehicle to enter except very low sports cars.
It's easy to access, all sizes can get in and out but if you're really an xxl camper, you'll have to back out for about 20m.

The sanitary facilities

Accessible 24 hours a day outside but in the shelter glued to my house: full shower with hot and cold water, sink with cold water, and independent toilet.

The amenities

The electrical station is outside and easy to access to plug in whatever you want to plug in, I can lend you an extension cord if needed.

The activities

Don't hesitate to ask about the additional activity offered on site: Visit of an exotic educational farm.

Location on a slightly isolated estate for maximum tranquility, located a few dozen meters from the Canal du Midi with easy access to the bank.
Only 1.5km from the post office and the market place!
Very easy access to the city by road, not even 3km from the city center.
Several beaches at about 7km from the domain.
Aqualand at 6km, several amusement parks also: Luna Park Europark, etc...
All the conveniences of the city with all the advantages of a small corner apart in an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy.

Other things

I live and work on the estate, so I am always available if needed.

You may come across other people on the domain: guests (bed and breakfast, campers), visitors of the educational farm...

Your vehicle(s) will be on the secure fenced property, your belongings will be safe here.

Newcomers are welcome to check in from 3pm to 10pm.
If you need to arrive outside of this time frame, feel free to ask me by message if it is feasible.

Rules

- Please note that the main gate of the domain closes at 11pm, reopening at 8am, reasonable flexibility on request.
- Please note that children are under the responsibility of their parent(s)/guardian(s) and must not be left unattended.
- Please do not feed the animals.
- Please take out your garbage and put it in the container when you leave.
- Please do not throw your cigarette butts/chewing gum/tissues/paper/etc in the garden but in the trash.
- Please do not throw your sanitary pads in the toilets, there is a garbage can for this purpose.
- Please do not pull up plants/flowers.
- Please do not play with the decorative stones.
