Description

Come and enjoy our 900 m² garden in the heart of Tréguier.
You'll come across cats and children.
You can use the barbecue, the terrace, the picnic table and the campers' loch in case of rain...
A 5-minute walk from shops, swimming pool and sports fields.
At our place, it's more guinguette and bon franquette.
We'll give you a warm welcome and be delighted to talk to you (also in Breton) about our magnificent region.
For walkers and cyclists only, as it's close to footpaths and easy to get to.

The setting

At the end of a 60s residential cul-de-sac.
Little traffic, street lighting until 10pm.

The spots

The grassy part of the garden is about 300m². You can set up wherever you like, depending on the space available.
The land is flat, and part of it is shaded in the morning.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets in the garden, 24-hour access.
Cold drinking water tap outside, 24-hour access.
Access to the bathroom and toilets of the house: 8h-10h / 19h-21h.
Access to back kitchen (hot water point for washing up): 8am-10am / 7pm-9pm.

The amenities

Wifi Internet access from the terrace. Too far from the garden.
No access to the house kitchen.
Access to electricity in the loch. Extension cord available if needed.
A fridge-freezer is available.
Access to in-house washing machine and dryer on request and at extra cost.

The activities

Tréguier, the historic capital of Trégor, can be visited all year round.

20 minutes east of the Granit Rose coast, Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h and its famous rocks.

20 minutes from Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, jewel of the Breton islands.

10 minutes from the beaches.

Other things

Stays reserved for hikers and bikers, lasting one or two nights maximum.

Rules

24-hour access to the garden.

Reception from 6 pm to 8 pm. Departure before 11am.

We live in a housing estate, so please respect your neighbors' sleep, especially after 10pm.

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents and will not have access to the family pool.
Any inappropriate behavior will be reported.

Ashtrays are available for smokers. Please do not smoke in tents, caravans or the camper's loch.
