Description

2 Acres with dam access available close to a quiet country road 20 minutes NE of Bathurst, NSW. Fenced in separate to the house, lots of space to run around in. 3G mobile coverage only, may not work for all carriers. Pets welcome, but not loud noise.

The setting

Space is on a tree-ish West-facing slope which is flatter by the quiet country roadside. Plenty of sun on the Northern side of the space. There is the freedom to access 5 more acres up the slope within the fencing. Kangaroos abound, beware of foxes.

The amenities

For personal privacy reasons access to the house and amenities are not included so will suit fully self-contained campers only. Rubbish bin and free tank rainwater from the house available on request, in addition to the dam.

Rules

All rubbish no taken away is to go in the bin provided, including well-extinguished cigarette butts.
The house is off-limits but tank rainwater can be arranged to be collected by advising the host over the phone.
Animals welcome within the fenced area with the gates closed but no loud noise will be tolerated. Portable generators under 75 dB noise levels only.
Lots of kangaroos around, and some foxes so beware food and small unsecured animals.
