Description

Backyard available, some grass, pool with concrete surrounding, lounge chairs, bar w/ barstools, outdoor kitchen has gas grill (not propane) with tools and sink and fan w/light, electricity outside, TV, corn hole set, and king size outdoor bed.

The setting

Private backyard area with bougainvillea and palm trees near HWY 111 with restaurants and shopping near, driveway available for one vehicle and street parking, (owner not responsible for theft or damage), covered patio with propane firepit, $25 extra for full propane tank.

The spots

Small flat areas for a tent near the pool, partially shaded depending on time of day.

The sanitary facilities

If necessary, small indoor bathroom with standup shower, toilet, and small sink. Hours TBD.

The amenities

Wifi available outdoors, smart TV, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, tools, kettle, toaster oven upon request, basic condiments for cooking, electricity outdoors for charging devices, utensils and pots and pans if requested.

The activities

Swimming, lounging, cooking, and hanging out.
Trails nearby for hiking, less than an hour from Joshua Tree, Indian Canyons, and the Tram, @ one hour from Empire Polo Fields (Coachella/Stagecoach).

Other things

Not interested in loud parties, quiet, chill neighborhood.

Rules

Smoking of all kinds is fine (it's California), do not prefer children but one or two are acceptable, gate entrance from driveway so semi-private, quiet community, neighbors will call, so no amplified noise/splashing in the pool after 10PM.
