Description

15 kilometers from Lyon and about 10 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport.

In the immediate vicinity of Lyon's eastern bypass on the road to the south of France.

Close to the Groupama Stadium for your matches or concerts by your favorite artists.

The very commercial zone where we are located allows you to fill up on fuel, food, drinks, fresh produce, fruit and vegetables right across the street, bakery, clothing, etc...

Another advantage for campers is that we're just a few hundred meters from shops selling motorhomes, caravans and other camper accessories. That can be useful.

The setting

This is our family home. Just over 2000 m2 of totally flat land.
We're on the main road to Grenoble.

If the road is busy during the day. All is quiet after 7pm. So you can spend a quiet night in the middle of our garden.

The garden is completely grassed, fenced and secured, and surrounded by hedges. You and your children will be safe.

There is an above-ground swimming pool of approx. 8m * 5m (July/August).

The spots

The terrain is totally flat, but there are few areas that are shaded all day.
There's no real maximum size for motorhomes or caravans, but there's plenty of room.

The sanitary facilities

There are no outside sanitary facilities. We prefer you to use the sanitary facilities of your camper or caravan, as the house is equipped with a small septic tank unsuitable for intensive use.

The amenities

I can supply drinking water via an outdoor hose.

We also offer access to well water via a second (non-drinking) hose for washing, for example.

We can supply electricity via an extension cord.

Wifi is available in the garden.

We can lend a barbecue if required.
There are games for children, a swing and a trampoline.

The activities

You can go shopping! Eat a burger and buy some good beer at V&B. Buy bread, fresh produce and sausages at "Cerises et Potirons" just across the street.
All within walking distance!

Other things

We're just starting to rent out our garden. For the moment, it's a test experience.
We don't yet know what's missing or how to improve the welcome, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions or make any comments you may have, so that you can have a good time with us.

Rules

Animals: We have a free-range hen in the first half of the garden. She's scared of dogs. So our doggie friends can either stay in the second half of the garden, or be kept there so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of our beloved hen.

We ask that all garbage be disposed of in the garbage cans.

For smokers, it's just a question of avoiding throwing cigarette butts on the ground.

Access is via an electric gate, and we can leave a beeper so you can leave and return whenever you like. Please remember to return the beeper when you leave.
