Description

Our campsites are located on our beautiful ranch with cows, sheep, goats, pigs, ducks, geese, free range chickens, and rabbits are available for visits if desired. Elk, deer, wild turkeys, and antelope frequent the property, along with ample breeds of wild birds. Close by there are great recreational trails, swimming/fishing in the grande rhonde river, and snow sports up on tollgate mountain. Elgin, Oregon is a short drive away, with an annual rodeo as well as a community center with a swimming pool. Also near is La Grande, Oregon, the home of Eastern Oregon University. They boast an impressive small business selection downtown, complete with both a traditional movie theater and a drive in theater. Summerville stables in Summerville, Oregon offers riding lessons, camps, and trail rides.

The setting

The stars shine brighter away from the city lights! At night the only sounds you will hear are those of nature. It's very peaceful.

The spots

Our campsites are on a gentle slope, with a picnic table at each spot. There are trees here and there for shade, and wide open spots for sun lovers.
