Description

Green land, lawn, coniferous forest. View on the sea at the exit of the property. Walks, seaside and beach at 10 minutes by foot. Other beaches from 15min walk. Hiking trails.

The setting

Unfenced land in a quiet, pleasant, relaxing setting with a view of nature: fields, forests, trees, birds.
The quietness can attract deer ... rabbits. Sometimes the visit of cows.
Sunny land in the afternoon, and/or in the morning and/or in the evening depending on the position of your motorhome.

The spots

Flat land then a slight slope but really very light, easy access located behind my house with free access without gate.

Presence of a beautiful well, not condemned, but closed by a concrete block (see photo)
