Lovely riverside forest.
Access to the river.
Hiking trail 200m away.

The setting

Come and enjoy one hectare of nature and peace!
At the top of the site, you'll find a parking lot and sanitary facilities, plus a shaded pitch for motorhomes, converted trucks or tents, before heading down into the forest.
Down below, a 2nd area on the banks of the river, featuring a tepee and safari tent, a tent pitch, dry toilets and camping tables.

Forest of oak, lime and ash. Many wild animals and birds nest here.
View of the river, limestone beach on which to walk or swim, or to rest on in summer.

Access is a bit tricky: 85 steps ;)

The spots

We can also provide 2 hammocks with mosquito nets for that night (on request in advance).

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets as well as a washbasin and shower in a small wooden hut (cold water/1 solar shower) for campers.

The amenities

Very good telephone and internet connections.
Access to water.
There is no kitchen and no electricity, so bring your own camping equipment.
Food and shopping available at 3km and 5km.
1 Paddle available.

Camping tables, benches and hammocks in the forest. Other games on request (snake line, petanque, darts, etc.).

The activities

Small natural beach on the river with lifeguard surveillance and a small guinguette 3km away.
Hiking trails 200m away.
La Roche Posay 5km away.
Angle sur l'anglin 20 min (most beautiful village in france).
Le grand pressigny 15 min (prehistory museum).

Other things

We have a small house on the land and we'd like to share this peaceful spot and welcome people who respect nature. A quiet place in the middle of nature, ideal for resting, meditating, reading or hiking :)

Pets are not accepted, but depending on the case it may be possible, please ask us before booking.


Respect the natural environment and wild animals (swans, deer, kingfishers, cormorants, etc.) by observing them from a distance.

  • What a treat, this corner of the forest on the banks of the Creuse. Laurie and Sylvain are very hospitable, attentive to requests and in love with and sensitive to respect for nature.

    The 6 days here were a breath of fresh air, with cool baths, connections with the trees and hiking nearby.
    I recommend this place for those who want to let go! Not to mention the sharing with the hosts <3!
