Just passing through for a night and that's enough.
In fact, it's not about the garden, it's about settling down at your place of work.
A good welcome though, we need to rework the place for arrivals.
There should be photos of the place.

Sylvie C.We camp on a piece of lawn at the back of the house, where construction equipment and trucks are stored and parked.
We reach a bathroom via a garage, navigating between the droppings of a poor dog in a deplorable state tied to an old rope, then a large staircase that takes us to a room under the roof that serves as a storeroom. Said bathroom has mold and smells very bad, the shower was dirty and full of hair from previous campers. The plywood floor is starting to sink under the effect of water and humidity...
Animal lovers please refrain. Eric needs to be reminded that he's dealing with real people, and the whole thing is seriously lacking in seriousness and respect. -

However, I appreciated that Eric allowed me to park in his shed, it was better for my electrical connection because the weather was particularly rainy during my stay. Many thanks to him.

The plot is 2km from the sea. We thought it was a sea view according to the presentation of the site. We were in a quiet place. On the whole we are quite satisfied.
