This site is on a seasonal creek and one can wade in the water, or hear the water running down its waterway. Frogs love to sing as well.

Swimming is 30 miles away, shopping 15 miles away, golfing 30-60 miles away.

Other things

Near the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Wiliams, which is famous for its Grand Canyon train.

Rules

No generators after dark.

Smoking in your vehicle; your vehicles have recepticles, and it is safer this way for wild fire management.

Only small to average sized camp fires allowed in designated areas, no large bon fires allowed.

Alcohol consumption in your vehicles. One is safer in their vehicle, just in case you have too much; this is in the middle of a forest, and your vehicle would provide extra safety for you.

(I am striving for a family~friendly place that is good enough for children.)

Please be aware of your surroundings, as this particular camping place is in the forrest.

Thus pets need to be on a leash, and never tethered while alone in the day, or at night while you are there.
Children need to be attended to at all times.

Certain times of the year, there are county wide fire bans...but festive solar lights can be provided to illuminate the evenings.
