Hello, we can welcome you on a wooded and fenced land, possibility to park in the court under the trees.
30 minutes from Nantes
30 minutes from La Roche sur Yon
Ocean at 45 minutes

The setting

In the middle of the countryside on more than 4000m2 we have a garden and a land with animals. Chickens, goats, sheep and a cat.

The spots

Flat ground, grass, gravel or asphalt. Under trees or not.

The sanitary facilities

Possibility to provide a toilet and sink in the basement of the house. Dryer, washing machine, etc. for an extra charge.

The amenities

Outside: power outlet, faucet, lighting, wifi.

The activities

Hiking path along the land, wood in front of the house with small river.
And some animals used to human contact with us.

Other things

Only one rental at a time. You will not be with other people.

Rules

No time restrictions.
Smoking is strictly forbidden on our property.
Animals strongly discouraged, our cat loves humans small and large but not dogs.
