Description

Larovere Cosimo farm, I provide an area between orchard and vineyard to enjoy a spectacular view of the whole valley. I don't have any special facilities as I want to offer an approach to real nature. In the evening the lights come on in the vineyard and the magic begins! Suitable for couples or lovers of the real "wild"

The setting

Panoramic views of the hills of the Po Valley. There are picnic tables under the vineyard pergola.

The spots

The pitches are not perfectly level, so you need RV stabilizers. You are exposed to the sun. in case of rain the site gets muddy and I can offer accommodation in another pitch with access from paved road.

The sanitary facilities

There are no sanitary facilities. I provide only drinking water for campers, an outdoor solar shower a sink with mirror.

The amenities

For those without electricity I provide portable battery to charge smartphones.

The activities

Parking is in front of the plots on the path traced as the "Via Francigena," which goes all the way to Rome. 5km away is the village of Collecchio, equipped with all services; 20 km away is the UNESCO city of Parma with all its wonderful attractions.

Trekking trails starting from the pitch to the Boschi di Carrega in Sala Baganza. Golf course in Sala Baganza. Excursions to Giarola Park and the Taro River. Farmers' markets on Saturday mornings in Parma, in Piazzale della Steccata. Guided tours of the Tomato Museum in Giarola, Collecchio. Tastings of prosciutto crudo and parmigiano reggiano in Parma. Visiting the "Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza." Possibility of bicycle rental.

Rules

The area I provide is beautiful and deserves all respect. Parties are forbidden, and quiet hours from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. are respected. Lighting fires, smoking, climbing or damaging trees and crops is prohibited. Harassing attitudes toward other guests or poor manners toward nature are not allowed. Animals are welcome.

Upon request I provide a 2x2 m. tent for 2 people with inflatable mattress, and blanket at a cost of 30€ per night to be paid on site, in addition to the daily rate per person.
