Description

Charming and original tiny house under a magnificent big oak tree at 8 min drive from the bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue.

The setting

The land is in a place called Savignac. Neighbors near a small subdivision. The tiny house is under a beautiful big oak tree. A small quiet road passes behind the tiny house, behind which is a small forest with a deer park.

The spots

The tiny house was built entirely by me with love and originality. It is a very colorful and pleasant space to rest and contemplate the outside through the large openings. About 19 square meters.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets and cold water shower or possibility to heat water with an electric pumping system.

The amenities

Numerous 12v and 220v plugs with a reasonable consumption because of solar electricity.
Possibility of internet at 3 minutes from the tiny.
Kitchen with cutlery, plates... pots, pans, gas stove.
