Description

A corner of the countryside on a dead-end road, 12 kms from Rennes town center and 3 kms from the commune where you'll find all amenities.
Just 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo, 35 from Dinan, and just a few minutes from the Ille et Rance canal.
Less than a kilometer away, Golf, Drive, France's largest karaoke hall and Rollerblading room, Trempoline Park. Laundromat 3kms away by car. We live on site and can be contacted if needed.

The setting

Out of sight, you'll have as neighbors our donkey Bob (who can give a few vocalizations when he sees people) and his friend Ben the sheep. Some days 6 or 7 cows from a nearby neighbor. We have 2 cats, one of which wanders around the garden but is a bit shy, and a foster dog.
The property is surrounded by fields, which you can enjoy the view of, as well as the trees around the property.

The spots

You can choose to sit in the sun or under trees for shade, facing the house or the fields.
The plot is flat and accessible by car, and is fully enclosed with an electric gate.
There are no set dimensions, depending on the number of people present at the same time, but the aim is to keep everyone happy.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets in a cabin with day and night access and lighting.
Access to cold running water outside, with no set timetable. All we ask is that you respect the evening and night lighting.

The amenities

You have access to a cool room for shelter in case of hot weather or bad weather, where you'll find a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and hotplate, as well as crockery and cutlery.
Electricity outside, extension cords supplied if required.

The activities

Our garden invites you to relax, rest and read. You can stroll around a pond with games and a zip line 2 minutes away by car. A cycle path to Rennes is currently being finalized. A water sports center is 30 mns away, as is the Ille et Rance canal, which can be explored by bike, canoe or on foot.

4-lane access 4 minutes away by car. Hospital 4 mns away in case of emergency.

Rules

Please respect each other's space, don't be noisy after 10pm, pick up after your pets, keep them on a leash if you're not the only camper, and respect our animals.
