Description

Our land is located in the middle of the Breton countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows and a small piece of forest, we are at the end of the road, the village is 1.5 kilometers away.

The setting

The buildings and the house are an old farm, perfect for those who like to hear the birds and the wind in the trees!
At night no light pollution, it is a perfect site to admire the stars, during the day, view on the surrounding countryside.
No traffic, quiet and restful.

The spots

Several flat, easily accessible, shaded areas depending on the time of day.

The sanitary facilities

WC located in the entrance, independent door. Dry toilets in reflection.
An outside water point

The amenities

Use of the washing machine during off-peak hours.
Electricity on external plug, extension cord possible, possibility of recharging the mobile.

The activities

From the house, there are many hiking and biking trails, some for horseback riding.
A swimming pool in the nearby town of Moncontour (medieval village to visit)
A little further, Lamballe and its stud farm.

Other things

Entertainment is held in the summer at the village bar, as well as a bakery, a pharmacy and a grocery store.
Possibility to have fresh milk (from the neighbouring farm) and eggs (from our hens)


Rules

No more noise after 10:30 pm, arrival time 5 pm, no smoking inside the house (WC and entrance), outside, no cigarette butts on the ground, watch the children: a small pond on the ground and two beehives.

  • Great welcome at Frédérique's! Despite the bad weather, we were able to keep all our belongings dry ????????.
    The site is very quiet and secluded, so after a long climb it's time for some peace and quiet!
