Located in a quiet village, our living environment is situated in the middle of vineyards, close to the natural ornithological reserve of the lake of grand-lieu.
You will find at 5 km from our accommodation, the town of Saint-Philbert de grand lieu, and all its conveniences (supermarket, local shops, market on Sunday morning, bar, restaurants, fast-food, aquatic center, equestrian centers, water level arranged for the bathe, watch July-August...)
Less than 30 minutes (by car) from the city of Nantes, you will be able to discover this great city with many cultural assets (The Elephant, The machines of the island, the Voyage à Nantes in summer, the Pommeray passage, the Royal place...).

The setting
Our garden is quiet, wooded, closed and almost without opposite. You will find there games for the children.
Located at 30 minutes of the airport of Nantes, there can have passages of planes by periods.

You will have access to our entire garden of 600 M2, fully enclosed, almost without vis-à-vis, located at the rear of our house.

You will have access to our bathroom with shower, corner bath and double sink.

You will have access to our kitchen as well as to all the equipment which composes it, oven, cooking plate, microwave, utensils, refrigerator... As well as the basic elements (salt, pepper, sugar...).
You will also have access to a drinking water point outside the house, as well as a small independent fridge in our garage.
There is a possibility to plug in an extension cord and/or to charge a telephone.
The wifi network is available, but currently not always of good quality at the bottom of the garden. No problem with 4G.
