Description

Land to share with a pony and a new land. Bare ground or pitch the tent. On the outskirts of a small town of 26000 inhabitants, beaches and forest at 17km

The setting

1 hectare of meadow and small wood a little in fallow because new accession. We let the land rest a little. The situation of the parcel allows to be far from the noise, from the traffic.

The spots

The land is flat. Small oaks and fruit trees provide shade.
The land is located on a Natura 2000 zone and a remarkable zone so vehicles are not allowed on the land.

No sanitary facilities for the moment.

The amenities

No equipment for the moment (rainwater in abundance but no running water or electricity).

As the land is intended for organic market gardening, I ask for a minimum of respect for our land by taking away its waste.
