Please read all information to the end so that there is no ambiguity.
Town house with swimming pool.
5 minutes by car, 12 minutes by bike and 30 minutes by foot from the center of Bayonne.
12 minutes by car from the beaches.

The setting

The house is outside Bayonne city center in a residential area. Buses and bike paths ( LaVelodyssee ) are 50 meters from the house.

The spots

The plot is flat and concreted and can only accommodate one vehicle.
Vans, converted cars and motorhomes up to 6.00 meters.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities with shower (hot water), washbasin and toilet are available.
Please leave them clean when you leave and empty the garbage can (think of the travelers who will follow you).

The amenities

Electricity and water outside.
Washing machine available for 4€ (washing powder not included).
Two bicycles and a lock are available free of charge (a deposit of 200€ is required). (If you lose one or both bikes or the lock, the entire deposit will be retained by the host).

The activities

Visit Bayonne and the Basque Country.
Beach, surfing, hiking, golf and fishing.

Other things

The house is located in a residential area, please respect our privacy and the tranquility of the neighborhood (no noise between 22h and 8h .), as we will respect yours.

Rules

The swimming pool is unheated and open during the summer months.

Because of the swimming pool, no babies or children under 8 will be accepted.

Pets are allowed but only on a leash in the garden. Please pick up after them.
Please do not put your pets in the pool.

Please respect the premises, leave the sanitary facilities clean and empty your garbage cans in the recycling bins provided.

Please do not smoke in the sanitary facilities or pool area.

Check-out time is 10 a.m., check-in time is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.. Please do not hesitate to contact us if these times do not suit you (you will be given an access code to move to your pitch, but the sanitary facilities will be open in the presence of the host).

We reserve the right to accept travelers or not, and to terminate a stay even after arrival if the conditions of safety, cleanliness and respect for people and places are not respected.

Any extension of stay must be made through the HomeCamper website.
