Description

Land of one hectare closed and stabilized on more than 6000 m2.
Old station in the course of renovation located in a dead end accessible to the PL and in a framework of greenery.
At 10 minutes from Parthenay, 30 mn from Niort and the Marais Poitevin, 1h30 from La Rochelle or the Vendée coast, 1h15 from the Puy du fou and 1h45 from Nantes.

The setting

Very quiet as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a closed lot with a gate (email hidden)Perfect for relaxation or meetings of campers.

The spots

Several types of pitches depending on the size and weight of the camper or the camper's wishes and possibly on the weather.
Several shaded areas.
Access to all types of campers even with trailer. Stabilized and flat ground.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities. Possibility of emptying on the reception area in the village at 1.5 kms. For the PL with nautical toilets, emptying is possible if there is a drain pipe.

The activities

Many activities of all kinds according to the tastes and the desires.
Hiking, sea, Francette bike, museum, Poitevin marsh, Puy du fou, Futuroscope, beach etc...

Only reserved campers will be accepted, you can reserve from 9am to 9pm.
All prices are exclusive of VAT (20% VAT not included)

Rules

Reception from 10am to 9pm on reservation only, animals accepted but according to category obligation of leash or lanyard.
Campfires allowed according to prefectural decree and period, smokers allowed but ashtray mandatory.
Children welcome but under parents' responsibility.
HGV pit possible for repair or emptying if needed with supplement.
