Pikes Peak RV Park is a campground only a mile from downtown Manitou Springs with a free shuttle right outside of our park.
Manitou Springs is where you can find plenty of entertainment for the whole family, with many places to shop and eat.
Come take the kids to the Penny Arcade in town for some Family Fun!

All reservations are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit to be taken by Pikes Peak RV Park with the excpetion of monthly reservations.
Monthly reservations are not subject to any refunds for early check outs. Please note your reservation is not guaranteed until you call our office.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up until day of arrival. If cancelled, please note that you will forfeit the $50 non-refundable deposit.
The setting
Our park is close to town, and we are also practically right next door to the Garden of the Gods and other outdoor attractions.
These locations include the Manitou Incline, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak itself, and minutes away from Red Rock Canyon open space to go hiking.
We have a relaxing creek that runs through one side of the park, and on the other side is a trail with easy access from our park.
You will enjoy wildlife while relaxing at your site, from deer, ducks, and beavers on our Creekside or the view of Pikes Peak if on Trailside.

Sites include 30 AMP, 50 AMP, FHU sites. Free reliable Wi-Fi on site as well as clean showers, and coin laundry for your convenience.
Located in the heart of town, you will find many local shops as well as larger grocery chains within a short drive or leisurely walk.

The activities
GARDEN OF THE GODS
The park has over 1,300 acres of sandstone formations that are breathtaking to take in. There are hiking trails to visit as well as a trading post.
CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN ZOO
The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo has over 700 animals to visit and see, they also have some beautiful plants to check out when you visit the zoo.
CAVE OF THE WINDS MOUNTAIN PARK
If you want to tour the Cave of the winds there are several touring options including spelunking, ziplines, ropes courses and more.
PIKE PEAKS
Enjoy the breathtaking views on top of the highest summit of the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Towering at 14,115 ft., Pikes Peak is the ultimate destination for adventurers and nature lovers alike.
MANITOU SPRINGS INCLINE
With 2,000 ft. of elevation over less than 1 mile, Manitou Springs Incline is one of the most challenging hikes in the area. The once railroad track now consists of approximately 2,744 steps and has been a popular destination for anyone who wants a great cardio workout while appreciating the beauty of nature.
RED ROCK OPEN SPACE
Red Rock Open Space is a 1,474-acre city park that provides locals and visitors with one of the most versatile, beautiful, and fun open spaces in the Pikes Peak region. With 11 marked trails and tons of activities for guests of all ages, this is one destination you shouldn't miss out on!
