30 acres of private wooded land. Remote location and on top of a mountain with views.

The setting

30 acres of private wooded land. Remote location and on top of a mountain with views in the winter and early spring. Mature forest of mixed woods and pines with a road cut to the top of the mountain. 4x4 vehicles recommended for access. NO RV's campers or trailers allowed. Overlanding and 4x4 vehicles required for complete access. Camping at the summit is beautiful, serene and full of (email hidden)Very remote area with (phone number hidden)light pollution. At times some traffic can be heard from the road in the valley below.

The spots

Preferred at the summit where the mountain levels off. When renting you will be the only guests on the 30ac at one time.

The sanitary facilities

Camping is primitive, no bathrooms or facilities are provided.

The amenities

The peacefulness of nothing but a fire ring and grill.

The activities

Close to Knoebels, AOAA, Famous Reading Offroad and Yuengling Brewery to name a few. Hunting on the property is permitted with permission.

Rules

Pack in / Pack Out everything. Do not leave ANYTHING behind or $50 cleaning fee will be assessed. Make sure all fires are completely out before leaving.Please bring water to extinguish fires and plan accordingly. Absolutely no parties or groups of more than 10 people.
