Description

We have a property of approx. 45000m2 fully fenced, with private pine forest (treated against the processionary caterpillar), free of noise, 5 minutes from Avila capital, 2 minutes from the reservoir of the Cogotas and its historical Celtic castro. Several hiking trails, good local bars and restaurants nearby, to eat like at grandma's house. If you have a motorhome you can choose where to accommodate it and enjoy the most inside the farm in a safe environment, especially if you have pets like us. We do not rule out tents but we are in Avila and the cold is intense although the pine forest has its own microclimate. Here you can wake up to the birds, eagles and rabbits running around the farm.

The setting

They are approx. 40000m2 of fenced property, near Avila Capital, with 100% telephone coverage if you have to telework, with private pine forest where you can collect mushrooms you find, enjoy the tranquility being a few minutes from the reservoir of Cogotas, routes and local trails. Barbecue is allowed in safe areas, where you can make your own ¨chuleton of Avila¨ to your liking and if not, I'll do it for you.

You can choose the pine forest, cleared areas or whatever you like.

The sanitary facilities

This property is aimed at motorhomes and similar as we are still preparing it.

Other things

If you have 4x4 like me and you like the routes, here there are many.
We are near the motocross circuit, if you like enduro you can ride around the area.

Rules

The first thing is to maintain the site:

No trash on the ground, take care of the trees, etc.
Everything else is to have common sense and enjoy the peace.
