Description

It is a place that was abandoned and that I try to restore space after space, which gives it an authentic and wild side!

The setting

Your space will be surrounded by trees forming an alcove.
You will still have light from the south and west.
View on a field in which there are passages of wild animals.
The ground extends on 1 ha, it is bordered of oaks.
Bus at 1,5 km, shops at 2,5 km by bike or by car, train station with ter at 3km.

The spots

You will have an independent entrance. The land is flat.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities will be those of the house for the moment.

The amenities

The kitchen is that of the house, equipped for a family kitchen.
I will provide an extension cord for the access to the electricity, and the same for the water (cold).

The activities

Access to the towpath for trips to Rennes (30 minutes for an average cyclist) or to ride along the Vilaine valley.
Walks in the undergrowth.

Other things

Possibility of a longer stay (alternation in Kerlann...).
You can hear the traffic during rush hours, but the place is far away, so you can get away from it.
Children are welcome, especially if they like to build huts under the trees!
