Country in the city!
True luxury is peace and quiet.

The setting

The garden is very beautiful, with a wide variety of vegetation.
We're in the south: in summer, there's no beautiful green lawn!
We're in a cul-de-sac, so traffic is almost non-existent.
Neighbors aren't very visible, and you won't be very visible either!

The spots

The site is accessible to tents only (one large or 2 small). The terrain is fairly flat. Tents can be set up in the sun or shade, a little isolated, about 50 meters from the house. Access is easy, with the car parked next door.

The sanitary facilities

Access to the separate bathroom (washbasin, shower and WC) is via the garage of the house (50M from the tent area).

The amenities

Campers should bring their own cooking equipment (camping gas, pots and pans, etc.), as well as basic foodstuffs (salt, oil, sugar, etc.).
In the south, we are extremely vigilant about the risk of fire. It will only be possible to light a camping-gas in the space provided (in the garage).
An extension cord may be provided to reach the tent.
Chairs, deckchairs, sunbeds, table provided.

The activities

Lazy days in the garden, (guided) discovery of the flora in the garden, ecological awareness (gardening, construction, dry toilets, composting...) on request. Advice on visits (on foot, by bike, by car) to Nîmes or surrounding areas: Uzès, Sommières, Pont du Gard, Camargue, Aigues-Mortes, swimming (river 20' by car) or the sea (1H20), hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, good producers or winemakers, craft beer...
You can set off directly from the house for a walk, a run or a bike ride.

Other things

The people we welcome must be looking for peace and quiet. The people who live in this neighborhood have chosen it for its tranquility, and so have we! It will not be possible to play music (or very softly!), to shout...

No smoking, fires or camping gas in the garden.
Waste separation: compost, household waste, recycling
Careful use of water (shower time, etc.).
Maximum of 3 consecutive nights.
Respect the calm of the site, plantations, trees, animals (chickens, cats).
