Description

The countryside in the city!
The real luxury is the calm.

The setting

The garden is very beautiful with a very varied vegetation.
We are in the south: in summer, no beautiful green lawn!
We are in a dead end street, the traffic is almost non-existent.
The neighbors are not very visible and you will not be very visible!

The spots

The terrain is accessible to tents only (one large or 2 small). The ground is quite flat. The tents can be installed in the shade or sun, a little isolated, about fifty meters from the house. The access is easy, the car parked next to the house.

The sanitary facilities

The access to the independent bathroom (sink, shower, WC) is through the garage of the house (50M from the tent area).

The amenities

Campers should bring their own cooking equipment (camping gas, pots and pans...), as well as basic foodstuffs (salt, oil, sugar...).
In the south, we are extremely vigilant about the risk of fire. It will only be possible to light a camping-gas in the space provided (in the garage).
An electric extension cord can be provided to reach the tent.

The activities

Relaxation in the garden, discovery (guided) of the flora in the garden, awareness of ecology (gardening, construction, dry toilets, composting...) if requested. Advice for visits (on foot, by bike, by car) of Nîmes or surroundings: Uzès, Sommières, Pont du Gard, Camargue, Aigues-Mortes, swimming (river 20' by car) or at the sea (1H20), hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, good producers or wine growers, craft beer...
You can leave directly from the house to walk, run, bike.

Other things

The people we receive must be looking for peace and quiet. The people who live in this area have chosen it for its tranquility and so have we! It will not be possible to play music (or very quietly!), to shout...
Supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, tobacconist's shop, pharmacy, grocery store, pizza at 2' by car, 7' 8' by bike

Rules

No smoking, no fire or camping gas in the garden.
No schedule (free access to the grounds and the bathroom).
Waste separation: compost, household waste, recycling
Attention to the use of water (shower time...)
Maximum of 3 consecutive nights.
Respect the calm of the place, the plantations, the trees, the animals (hens, cat)
