Description

With a wide view around 360 degrees from where you can contemplate the mountains surrounding Pinoso, with spectacular sunrise and sunset with reddish skies. Silence and calm at night under the starry sky.

The setting

The place I offer is a cultivated land, fenced on 3500 m2, 2 km from the village. The place is quiet and very spacious, there is no shade yet, the planted trees are growing. On the same land I live in a caravan together with a small house.
The nights are very quiet, there is no sound of traffic. During the day you can hear some tractors and field work. Very sunny place. Please note the windy days as it blows hard when it blows but if there is no wind it is wonderful. At night it is dark without many lights.

The spots

There is still no shade from trees. The ground is flat and all types of vehicles can enter, easy access.

The sanitary facilities

Guests may use my bathroom with hot water to take a shower but must use the outside dry toilet if needed.

The amenities

No internet but good coverage with your cell phone.
Guests must come with their kitchen in their vehicle. For guests in tents you can opt for the use of the kitchen at an agreed price.
Electricity from solar system, you can connect your camping type extension cord.

The activities

The village is 2 km away (30 minutes walking) where there are all kinds of stores and bars. In Monovar there is a swimming pool. In Fortuna there is a thermal spa. Wine routes in Pinoso, Jumilla and surroundings. Other towns/cities to visit like Villena, Petrer,... One hour from the sea in Alicante or Elche.

Other things

The land is surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees, all in organic farming. In the place I put into practice some concepts of permaculture and sometimes we do activities such as yoga sessions and planting.
Quiet animals are accepted for the care of the plants and to communicate previously in case my cats are here, if they are aggressive they will not be accepted.

Rules

Entrances must be in the morning.
Smoking is only allowed near the site.
The greatest care and saving of water is required.
Respect the vegetation and the soil.
Maintain a calm atmosphere with a tendency to silence. Music can be played at a suitable volume so that it is not heard throughout the site.
Possibility of sharing a fire evening.
Maximum caution with bonfires and barbecues and prohibited on days with strong wind.
