Description

In the countryside of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the province of Grosseto, we provide the large lawn of the small house we own to give you a unique vacation experience in total communion with nature. The area is entirely surrounded by olive trees, making it sheltered from the fields around and the road in the distance. The space is located near a very famous winery and by wonderful vineyards. In this large meadow, you can place your tent or caravan. A perfect compromise between a vacation in the countryside and a vacation by the sea, which is only a few kilometers away.
There are many facilities available in the facility. An outdoor table will allow you to be able to eat under the stars. Sun loungers are available for your moments of relaxation. The large space in the shade of olive trees lends itself to beautiful picnics with friends.
For cycling enthusiasts, there are numerous trails and hikes in the area to enjoy. For lovers of the sea, which is 5-6 km away, we recommend visiting Castiglione della Pescaia, a beautiful village with sandy beaches and an Aragonese castle to visit. Another destination to visit is Grosseto with its walls and history. In this area of the Maremma many villages where you can discover local products.

The setting

Far from busy roads and completely immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the plot of lawn available is surrounded by a row of decades-old olive trees. In the distance it is possible to see verdant hillsides both covered with forest and land plots.

There are no reserved pitches, the lawn is very large, and guests are free to settle wherever they like, with due respect to other guests.

The sanitary facilities

As for sanitation, we provide a chemical toilet and a shower in the garden. A drinking water tap is always available, but not heated.

Electrical outlets outside the home and an extension cord are always available. A wi-fi connection is also available upon request.

Rules

Access to the lawn is completely free, even in the absence of the owners, and we impose no restrictions on smoking. Children of any age are welcome. We only ask that you limit activities and noise at night so as not to disturb neighbors.
