Description

Land of one thousand square meters. Easily accessible from the road, 20 kilometers from Troyes, Aube. Possibility of water and electricity. No amenities.

The setting

Nice garden. Trees nice setting passage of vehicle on the road not far around 7h/8h in the morning and evening around 17h/18h in the evening. Nice view on the region around Pavillon-Sainte-Julie.

The spots

The terrain is a bit uphill but with a large flat area. Maximum three pitches.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities, but drinking water available.

The amenities

No kitchen, no dishes. Possibility of connection with extension cord.

The activities

City of Troyes, lake at 30 kilometers. Champagne vineyard.
