Description

Van Lifers paradise! Suitable for Vans on a private "no motor" lake. Bring your paddle board, kayak, grill and fishing pole! 30 AMP outlet, water spigot, dump station. Nightly or monthly.
10 pm Quiet time -Fires contained to fire pit- kids okay (Must be watched) Steep driveway and lot -must be able to walk and drive uphill.

Mike Roess Golden Branch (5 minutes)
St Augustine Beaches
Gainesville
You- pick farms
Cheap overnight peaceful parking! No campground stress.

The setting

Relaxing and quiet on the lake; Chill in a hammock or yoga by the water; Fish for brim/ bass/ catfish in fresh spring fed water; Laundry & Grocery shopping nearby.

The spots

Mostly dirt/ gravel ( I use outdoor carpet) ; Easy pull in and park anywhere near hook ups! 30amp available and water spigot.

The sanitary facilities

Dump station ( may need extension hose to reach dump out)

No bathhouse, only dump out station; 30 AMP only with water spigot on private lake!

The activities

No motor lake! Paddle board, kayak, canoe, fishing, swimming okay!

For longer term I prefer someone willing to help with garden

Rules

10pm quiet time! Easy access two driveway entrances; Smoking butts in containers please; Clean up trash; Kids & pets okay - supervised (must be on leash) ; access the lake 24 hrs; minimal light pollution for great star gazing at night!
