The setting

Beautiful location on a large plot, on a south-facing hill with magnificent views over the valley and the Morvan mountains, bordering a forest. Very quiet location in a hamlet of just two dwellings, with very little traffic around.
Lots of birds to wake you up in the morning.

Only one parking space for a vehicle up to 12m long. Flat, gravelled ground of 100m². Water and electricity.
