Description

Land, field in fallow on property adjoining the house of the host, quiet area at the exit of the city, near Monts d'Olmes.
Attention to the morning wake up by my roosters, hens in freedom during the day.
Presence of pets (dogs and cats).
Ideal to stay one night or more.

The setting

Property at the exit of the city, close to the road but very quiet traffic.
View on the hills and mountains (Monts d'Olmes).
Edge of land with fir trees.

The spots

Field and bare ground, partially shaded depending on the time of day by trees and fir trees, but generally exposed to the sun. Rather flat land, easy access by the driveway of the property. No maximum dimensions.

No access to any comfort yet...

The activities

Beautiful hikes in the surroundings, visits of castles (Montségur, Roquefixade, Foix, ....), many natural spots (waterfalls, lakes, ....)
But this requires a means of transport, no frequent bus or other....

Other things

As the Host has a vegetable garden, it is possible to buy vegetables from the garden and fresh eggs depending on the available crops.

Rules

Please respect the presence of pets.
No festive parties in the respect of the calm of the place and the neighborhood.
No campfires.
Barbecue tolerated according to precautionary measures against fire propagation.
